Refund policy

Shipping

We ship worldwide and aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of them being placed.

Prices are calculated for each order and are determined by the package's destination, weight, and size.

If an order is returned as 'return to sender or undelivered', reshipment costs are to be covered by the customer.

We are only responsible for shipping the product and the customer is responsible for paying any taxes or customs charges that may be incurred once the items reach the destination country.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SHIPPING SECURITY FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

We ship all orders out using postal services that show tracking, this is for your own safety. We cannot be held responsible for packages which are shown as delivered to the address given on the order but was not received by the recipient.

Please look out for any emails regarding customs once the order has been shipped (Sometimes these can end up in junk/spam).

We have no control over package theft, items delivered to neighbours, left in ‘safe places’ or mistakes in your address while placing your order, so including tracking will help avoid losing out on your order by adding an extra layer of security.

Again, we cannot be held responsible for missing or stolen packages if the tracking information shows the package being delivered to the address given on the order. We also cannot track down the package at this point since it shows as being delivered - you will have to speak to your courier, mail person, or neighbours.

Refused deliveries
If you refuse a delivery, you're responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return postage costs to Sleazy Rider

The amount will be deducted from your refund. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the order (plus shipping costs), the package will be abandoned and you won't be refunded. If you have any other questions regarding orders or delivery, please contact us.

Returns
We offer 30 day returns & exchanges.

When sending your return make sure you include your packing slip in the parcel. 

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange shipping is covered by us.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange, and the items must be in unworn/unused condition, exactly as you received them, complete with their tags and labels attached. Any signs of wear or damage to the items will void the refund or exchange.

Items can be returned using your preferred courier choice. The return shipment cost is to be covered by the customer. We are a small business and we do not offer free returns shipping.

We highly recommend using a trackable postage method as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in transit. Please package your items carefully and securely to avoid any damage in transit.

International returns (outside UK/ USA): If you need to fill in a customs form, please ensure this is clearly marked as ‘returned goods’ to avoid customs charges. Sleazy Rider will not be responsible for paying any returns customs fees.

Please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt until we have processed your return. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to reach your original form of payment. Once this has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
